What we collect

When Rae answers a call for your business, we process the caller's phone number, what they tell her about the job, and the summary she produces. We also store the account details you give us when you sign up.

How call data is used

Call recordings and summaries belong to your business. We use them to deliver the service and to improve how Rae handles calls for you. We do not sell them.

Keeping and deleting data

You can export your call data or ask us to delete it at any time. Ask and we will confirm when it's done.
