Where she answers

Local call mixes differ more than most contractors expect. These write-ups cover what a shop in each city actually gets asked, and how she handles it. Coverage itself is set by your radius — up to 75 miles by default.

Coverage questions

What if my city is not listed?
The city pages are where we have written up the local call mix, not a limit on where we work. She is set up around your service radius, so if you take jobs there, she answers for it. Tell us the ZIP codes and she holds them.
How does she know my service area?
You give her a radius and a ZIP list during setup. She checks the caller’s address against it before she offers a time, so nothing outside your area lands on your calendar.
Does pricing change by city?
No. Plans are priced by call volume, not location, and they are month to month.
Can she cover more than one city for one shop?
Yes. Most shops cover several. She can also route differently by area, so jobs in one part of your patch go to a different crew or a different calendar.
